World Experts To Share Their Expertise On Building Of Mega Sports Facilities And The Impact On Sports Tourism
The Pinnacle Group International, the region’s leading conference organisers have once again come up with a well timed event to address the region’s interest in sports events.
The 2 day conference called “Asian Sports Hub & Tourism Conference 2010, will be held at the Sheraton Hotel, Singapore on the 27-28 January 2010.
Countries have been competiting among themselves to host high profile events such as the Youth Olympics Games and the F1 Grand Prix. Singapore for instance, is developing the sports industry and sports tourism sector and have drafted plans for the development of a sports hub.
The guest of honour for the event is the Brunei HRH Prince Sufri Bolkia who is also the President For The Olympic Committee of Brunei. Various senior officials from the tourism ministries of Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Australia will also be attending the event.
The organisers have confirmed over 100 delegates from the region consisting of government officials, heads of marketing and professionals in the sports, design, building and construction industry and the sports medicine industry.
Sponsorship support has been strong with over 14 corporate sponsors participating at the event including City Tours, Confluence, NutritionPark.com, ELM, Aetos, Certis Cisco, Arup Sport, Total Sports Asia, Oracle, Nutri First, Lander & Rogers, Taraflex, Nature’s Farm and Fulford.
